🎶 UPC's Fall Concert: The Driver Era 🎶

 

Get ready, Auburn University students, for an unforgettable evening of music at UPC's Fall Concert! We're thrilled to present the sensational indie-pop duo, The Driver Era! Known for their energetic performances and hit songs like "Low" and "Afterglow," brothers Rocky & Ross Lynch of The Driver Era will bring their unique sound and dynamic stage presence to the Jay & Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center on Saturday, August 24, 2024. Best of all, this concert is completely FREE for all students!

 

📅 Date: Saturday, August 24 🕒 Time: Seating begins at 6:30 PM, Show starts at 7:00 PM 📍 Venue: Jay & Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center

 

🎟️ Admission: FREE for Auburn University students (Must present valid student ID). Only AU students allowed; no outside guests. Students will be admitted on a first come, first served basis; no need to obtain a ticket or RSVP in advance. *NOTE: RSVPs on this AUinvolve event do not guarantee entrance into the concert.

 

🎒 Bag Policy: Bags must be clear plastic and not exceed 12″x6″x12.″  One-gallon clear plastic storage bags and small clutch purses not exceeding 6.5″x4.5″ are permitted.

 

🚍 Tiger Transit Shuttles: Need transportation from main campus? No problem! Tiger Transit shuttles will be running between the Melton Student Center and Gogue Performing Arts Center, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free journey to and from the event.

 

🅿️ Parking: If you plan to drive, parking is available at GPAC in the paved lot on Woodfield Drive or the Hayfield Lot. Both options provide easy access to the venue, so you can focus on enjoying the concert and block party.

🎉 Outdoor Pre-Show Festivities: The excitement starts early with our outdoor pre-show festivities, beginning at 4:30 PM. Join us for an afternoon filled with:

🚚 Food Trucks: Indulge your taste buds with a variety of delectable treats from our selection of food trucks. From savory to sweet, there's something you'll enjoy!

🎮 Yard Games: Challenge your friends to a friendly game of cornhole, giant Jenga, and other classic yard games. It's the perfect way to unwind before the main event.

🎵 DJ Music: Groove to the beats and get into the spirit with music from our DJ to keep the energy high throughout the pre-show party.

 

🎈 Don't miss out on this incredible night of music, fun, and community. Arrive early to secure your seat – the theater has a capacity of 1,150 with first come, first served seating. Remember to bring your clear bag or clutch for a smooth entry process.
